Career Pathways Fairs are held at area high schools and middle schools to allow students to learn about businesses and opportunities in their community. Many students are not aware of the variety of industries and employment options in Tulsa. These events also highlight the training paths required to get into different fields and provide a great opportunity for students to practice networking.

For participating businesses, these events are similar to trade shows or job fairs. Many exhibitors bring their trade show pops, giveaways, brochures, hands on activities or applications. The fairs are typically two hours long, and you will see between 300-1,000 students. Employers are asked to share information about expectations of a new hire, the products you make and general information about your business.
